ALL FENCE FABRIC PRODUCT IS PRODUCED UPON RECEIPT OF YOUR ORDER, AND MADE HERE IN THE USA. IT IS NOT MADE, FOLDED OR ROLLED AND SITTING IN A BOX FOR MONTHS OR YEARS ON END ON A SHELF LIKE THE ELF!! YOUR ORDER IS FRESH !!
WE TAKE THE EXTRA STEPS TO RECONFIRM YOUR ORDER WITH YOU PRIOR TO PRINTING SO AS TO MINIMIZE ANY RETURNS AND TO MAKE SURE YOU ARE GETTING THE PRODUCT YOU NEED AND WANT.

IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO SEE AN ART PROOF OF YOUR ORDER PRIOR TO PRINTING PLEASE JUST INCLUDE A NOTE WITH YOUR FINALIZED ORDER OR SEND AN EMAIL WITHIN 8 HOURS AFTER PLACING YOUR ORDER AND WE WILL SEND AN ART PROOF OF YOUR ORDER TO YOU FOR APPROVAL PRIOR TO PRINTING FREE OF CHARGE.
Our RETURN policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
CUSTOM IMAGES PROVIDED BY CLIENT AND PRINTED are exempt from being returned AT ANYTIME AS THEY CANNOT BE RESOLD. IN ADDITION ANY ORDER WITH FENCE FABRIC IMAGES OR CUSTOM IMAGES MADE TO A CLIENTS SPECIFIC SIZE REQUEST CANNOT BE RETURNED AS WE ARE NOT ABLE TO RECUT AND USE THE PRODUCT. WE WILL TAKE THE EXTRA STEPS TO CONFIRM YOUR ORDER PRIOR TO PRINTING.
FOR ALL FENCE FABRIC ORDERS IT IS POSSIBLE TO HAVE A DIFFERENCE OF PLUS OR MINUS 1” IN ANY DIRECTION DUE TO MANUFACTURING TECHNIQUES. IF YOU NEED SPECIAL HANDLING TO MAKE SURE EXACT DIMENSIONS ARE MET PLEASE LET US KNOW WITH YOUR ORDER AND WE CAN DO WHAT WE CAN TO FACILITATE THE REQUEST.

IF FOR SOME REASON ONCE YOU HAVE OPENED YOUR PRODUCT WITHIN THE 30 DAYS AND NOTICE THAT IS IS THE WRONG MATERIAL OR IMAGE CHOSEN, OF COURSE PLEASE CONTACT US WITH PICTURES AND WE ARE HERE TO HELP. IN ADDITION IF THE SIZE OF THE ORDER IS WAY OFF FOR SOME REASON PLEASE LET US KNOW AND WE WILL WORK WITH YOU TO REMEDY THE SITUATION.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 30 days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. WE ARE ADVISED BY THE BANK THAT THIS MAY TAKE A MINIMUM OF 7-10 DAYS
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate OR GIFT CARD will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, YOU MUST USE a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
